All standard-sized items are eligible for return and refund or exchange as long as they are unused, we are informed within 7 days of your receipt of the goods and are received by us within 14 days in clean, unmarked re-saleable condition. Please make sure the item is protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent to you and immediate inner packaging and all tags and labels undamaged and still attached. Items with labels removed will be considered used.

For goods returned from outside mainland UK and the Channel Islands the following must be written clearly on both the outer packaging and customs declaration. 'MAIL ORDER GOODS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE - DO NOT CHARGE DUTY'.

We recommend that you request a 'Proof of Posting' which is available free of charge from your Post Office or courier. Please retain this certificate until you have received your replacement item or refund. If you are unable to provide this certificate, we will be unable to process a replacement or refund if we do not receive the returned item. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods until they reach us.

Please note: Special-sized and special-colour items are not eligible for return unless faulty. Underwear that has been opened will not be eligible for return unless faulty. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
