When you place an order on www.glfaccessories.com please make sure that your Account address is the address to which your credit/debit card is registered. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you.
You will not be able to combine promotional offers.
We have taken as much care as possible to describe items accurately. Slight variations in specification of items or colour may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken.
When ordering mail-order goods for delivery overseas, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes which are relevant once the shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary and you should contact your customs authority for further information. Additionally, when ordering from GLF Accessories you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to the country in which you are receiving the goods. All postage costs quoted are for UK mainland only; for all other destinations please request a quotation before ordering.
When you contact your credit card company to report a transaction as unknown or not authorised – this is known as a “chargeback”.
The name that will appear on your credit/debit card Statement for any card purchase from us will be GLF Accessories. It is very important that you do not contact your card company and report this transaction as unknown to you if the order has already been delivered and signed for. If you feel there is a problem with your order you must contact us in writing (letter or email) to resolve the problem. Cancelling the transaction with your card company will be considered by us to be theft or fraud and your details will be passed to the relevant authority for further investigation. This may result in us making a claim against you and could damage your credit rating. If a transaction is charged back to you and proof of delivery is available, we reserve the right to either:
A) Re-charge the card you used to make the original payment, plus an additional £50 to cover our administration costs.
Or
B) Issue a claim via the appropriate legal service – this may affect your credit rating and leave CCJ’s against you.
If you request a chargeback after a refund has been issued, you will be liable for a charge of £50 to cover our administration costs and any charges made to us. Card protection regulations ensure that your account is automatically credited when a chargeback is issued, If a refund has already been made, a subsequent chargeback will be considered theft or fraud and appropriate legal action may be taken against you.
